Warranty Policy
For all devices, we offer a 2-year limited warranty from the date of your original purchase. If your device does not work properly due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace the wand free of charge within that 2-year timeframe. Warranty replacements are processed after returned items are received, when applicable. For more information about how to initiate a return, please see our Return Policy.
This warranty does not cover devices damaged by:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration.
- Theft or loss.
- Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed.
- Connecting to incorrect current and voltage.
- Service or repair by unauthorized persons.
This warranty extends only to the original retail purchase, original retail purchase date, with original proof of purchase (such as retail store receipt or EliteXcel order number) and only when purchased from an authorized retailer or reseller. Warranty replacements are processed after returned defective items are received, when applicable.
This warranty only extends if the device is used in conjunction with authorized device accessories (such as charging cable). The EliteXcel warranty does not extend to EliteXcel Skincare products, which are solely subject to the EliteXcel Return Policy.
EliteXcel will not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this device. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to two year from date of original purchase.
